Transatlantic Reinsurance has the following job opportunity available in the New York Headquarters' office:

Position Responsibilities - include but are not limited to the following:

• Reviews and analyzes renewal reinsurance contracts (includes drafts, final and addenda).
• Must be able to use independent judgment, work independently with minimum supervision to determine if changes have occurred to the contracts, if intent has been properly documented, and if all current TRC standards and legal requirements are met.

Position Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years experience with a Reinsurance Co. or Broker as a reinsurance Contracts Analyst reviewing and analyzing contracts.
• Thorough knowledge of reinsurance terms and contract wording language.
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
• Thorough knowledge of the Windows operating environment, intermediate Word skills, and familiarity with Excel spreadsheets.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, other related or equivalent work experience.
